The Optical Sensor Systems business unit is part of the Industrial Division which, together with the BioSciences Division, is owned by Carl Zeiss MicroImaging. In order to determine the quality of products and to record and control complex process stages, the Optical Sensor Systems unit offers precise and fast in-line and at-line measuring systems which allow the non-contact, destruction-free measurement of spectral absorption/ transmittance/ reflectance, color, layer thicknesses and ingredients.
